W4K 2027 Winter Season Ski & Snowboard Lesson Sessions Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refunds of any portion for session fees must be made in writing. W4K 2027 Ski & Snowboard Lesson Sessions Cancellation Form must be completed and returned to tracey.rivier@winter4kids.org. Refunds will be issued as follows:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session a full refund will be issued (minus the full transaction fees).
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled session - No refunds or credits will be issued.
All refunds will be issued on the same form of payment the initial session was purchased on.

Changes In Refund Procedures

W4K may make changes to the refund policy when considering the health and safety of the participants and staff. No refunds will be issued for participants arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from a session, or unable to attend all or part of a session, including due to illness. All requests for refunds MUST be in writing and emailed to: ​​​​ tracey.rivier@winter4kids.org
