W4K 2026 Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund Schedule
Refunds will be issued as follows:
• Requests made before June 13, 2026: Eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstance (minus all transaction fees).
• Requests made June 14, 2026 – June 27, 2026: Eligible for an 80% refund (minus all transaction fees).
• No refunds will be issued after the first day of camp begins. • All refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Changes in Refund Procedures W4K may modify the refund policy as needed to protect the health and safety of campers and staff. No refunds will be provided for campers who arrive late, leave early, are dismissed from camp, or are unable to attend all or part of a session. All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the attached form and emailed to: Tracey.Rivier@winter4kids.org Mountain Creek Water Park Pass Information
Mountain Creek Water Park Pass Information We’re excited to offer access to Mountain Creek Water Park as part of our summer camp experience! • Campers registered for two (2) weeks or more will receive a season pass to Mountain Creek Water Park. • Campers who register after June 13, 2026 will not receive a season pass (or any pass) to Mountain Creek. • Campers attending one (1) week only will need to purchase their own day pass for Mountain Creek Water Park.
