W4K 2026 Cancellation / Refund Policy

W4K 2027 Winter Season Ski & Snowboard Lesson Sessions Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refunds of any portion for session fees must be made in writing. W4K 2027 Ski & Snowboard Lesson Sessions Cancellation Form must be completed and returned to tracey.rivier@winter4kids.org. Refunds will be issued as follows:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session a full refund will be issued (minus the full transaction fees).
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled session - No refunds or credits will be issued.
All refunds will be issued on the same form of payment the initial session was purchased on.

Changes In Refund Procedures

W4K may make changes to the refund policy when considering the health and safety of the participants and staff. No refunds will be issued for participants arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from a session, or unable to attend all or part of a session, including due to illness. All requests for refunds MUST be in writing and emailed to: tracey.rivier@winter4kids.org

W4K Winter Holiday Camp Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refunds of any portion for camp fees must be made in writing. W4K Holiday Camp Cancellation Form must be completed and returned to tracey.rivier@winter4kids.org.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Refunds requested before December 11, 2026 will be issued a full or partial refund depending on the circumstance (minus the full transaction fees). *Refunds requested from December 12, 2026 – December 18, 2025 will receive an 80% refund (minus the full transaction fees).
There will be NO refunds issued after the first day of camp has begun.
All refunds will be issued on the same form of payment the initial session was purchased on.
For participants who received Holiday Camp as part of their team registration fee by registering on or before the October 1 early registration deadline, the Holiday Camp benefit is included as part of that registration package and is not separately refundable. If a participant later chooses not to attend Holiday Camp, no refund or credit will be issued for that portion of the registration.
