The U8 program is a skill-focused development path built on United States Ski & Snowboard best practices. Designed for young skiers who can ride the chairlift independently and ski intermediate terrain, this program introduces children to foundational gate training and refining skiing techniques. Our goal is to foster a love of skiing and build the competencies needed for more advanced competition. Skiing evaluation is required—US Ski & Snowboard credentials are not necessary.

Schedule & Meals:
Weekday & Weekend program starting January 3rd
Tues/Wed/Thu evenings: 6 p.m.–8 p.m. (Dinner served at 5:30 p.m.)
Sat/Sun mornings: 8am - 1pm. (Breakfast served at 8:15am)
Weekends Only starting January 3rd
Sat/Sun mornings: 8 a.m.–1 p.m. (Breakfast served at 8:15 a.m.) All on-snow sessions include coach-led instruction and meals.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refunds of any portion for session fees must be made in writing. W4K 2026 Winter Season Cancellation Form must be completed and returned to tracey.rivier@winter4kids.org.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
*Refunds requested before November 30, 2025 will be issued a full or partial refund depending on the circumstance (minus the full transaction fees).
*Refunds requested from December 1, 2025 to December 21, 2025 will receive an 80% refund (minus the full transaction fees).
*There will be NO refunds issued from December 22, 2025 throughout the remainder of the Winter Season.
*All refunds will be issued on the same form of payment the initial session was purchased on.
Changes In Refund Procedures
W4K may make changes to the refund policy when considering the health and safety of the participants and staff. No refunds will be issued for participants arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from a session, or unable to attend all or part of a session, including due to illness.
All requests for refunds MUST be in writing on the the linked form below and emailed to:
