Meet Mark Dobrowolski - Our Mountain Manager & Patrol Director

With more than 35 years of experience in the outdoor industry—and over 15 of those dedicated to the ski industry—I bring a deep commitment to safety, education, and exceptional guest experiences in mountain environments. My background includes more than a decade as both a ski instructor and a ski patroller, roles that strengthened my expertise in risk management, on-snow education, and team leadership.

I previously served as the General Manager and Patrol Director at Big Snow American Dream, North America’s only indoor ski dome, where I oversaw operations, guided strategic growth, and led patrol teams in a unique, year-round winter sports environment.

Passionate about the outdoors, I spend as much time as possible on the mountain—often accompanied by Delaney, my Newfoundland, who occasionally joins the Winter4Kids Patrol on duty. Together, we’re committed to fostering safe, welcoming, and inspiring experiences for every young person who discovers the joy of snow sports.
