Leading with Purpose: Welcoming Nikki Craumer to the Winter4Kids Board

Winter4Kids is pleased to welcome Nikki Craumer to our Board of Directors.

Nikki Craumer has spent more than 20 years in leadership roles at many Fortune 500 corporations and multiple start-up companies, focused on marketing, communications, events, and operations. Today she runs her own consulting practice, advising companies on marketing strategy, planning, and operations.

Her commitment and passion for children run just as deep. Nikki has spent almost 10 years on her school’s PTO, chaired multiple large-scale school events and served many terms on district-wide education committees. She is entering her sixth season as a volunteer Pop Warner cheerleading coach where her team won 1st place in their division at the national cheer competition last season.

Winter sports have been a long-time family tradition. Especially after teaching her own kids to ski, Nikki believes every child deserves the chance to discover what a day on the mountain can give them — confidence, resilience, and the willingness to challenge themselves. She is honored to join the Winter4Kids board and looks forward to dedicating her time to the organization.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Suffolk University and a Marketing Business Certificate from Columbia University. She lives in Warren, NJ with her husband and children.
