Strengthening Our Future: Welcoming Bill Ruhl to the Board

Winter4Kids is pleased to welcome Bill Ruhl to our Board of Directors.

Bill is already a familiar face within the Winter4Kids community. Having previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Winter Activity Center and supported the organization in operational leadership, Bill understands both the mission and the day to day work that goes into creating meaningful experiences for the youth we serve.

As Winter4Kids continues to grow and evolve, Bill’s experience in governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning will be a valuable addition to the board. He has spent many years supporting mission driven organizations that focus on youth development and community impact, and his thoughtful approach to leadership aligns strongly with the values of Winter4Kids.

Beyond his board work, Bill has dedicated much of his career to helping young people succeed. Today he works as a STEM educator, teaching Physics and Economics and helping students discover confidence through learning. His commitment to youth development, both inside and outside the classroom, reflects the same belief that drives the work at Winter4Kids: creating environments where young people can grow, challenge themselves, and realize their potential.

We are grateful that Bill has chosen to share his time, experience, and leadership with Winter4Kids. As we continue building a strong and sustainable future for the organization, his perspective and guidance will be an important part of that work.
