Welcome Back Coach Sadie

We are excited to welcome Coach Sadie back to Winter4Kids as our Assistant Head Coach, Head U12 Coach, and Race Administrator.

Sadie has been part of the Winter4Kids family for years, and her return brings both experience and a strong connection to our mission. She has a background in youth development and alpine racing, along with a passion for helping athletes grow on and off the mountain.

As Assistant Head Coach, Sadie will support athlete development across the race program and help continue building a positive environment for athletes and families. In her role as Head U12 Coach, she will lead one of the most important stages of athlete development, helping young racers build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a lasting love for the sport. As Race Administrator, she will also help oversee communication, scheduling, and race operations throughout the season.

What makes Sadie such a great fit for Winter4Kids is her belief that racing is about more than results. It is about learning how to work hard, overcome challenges, support teammates, and build confidence through experience.

We are excited to have Sadie back on the mountain and look forward to the impact she will have on our athletes, families, and coaching staff this season.
