Welcome to the 2025 - 2026 Season!

Dear Winter4Kids Community,

As we begin a new winter season at Winter4Kids, I want to share our excitement and gratitude with each of you. Whether you are a donor, a race parent, a youth serving organization, or one of our partners, your support makes it possible for thousands of children to experience the joy of winter and the power of outdoor learning.

This year, we are proud to welcome 1,800 participants to our First Tracks Program. Each child will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in an environment designed for their success.

We are also introducing First Tracks 4U, our newest program at Winter4Kids. This program allows anyone to sign up and be part of the Winter4Kids family and is specifically designed for beginners who are ready to experience snow sports for the first time in a supportive and encouraging setting.

This season we are rolling out our new RISE framework, which guides every part of the Winter4Kids experience. RISE stands for Resilience, Inclusion, Support, and Empowerment, and it reflects our promise to help young people build confidence on and off the snow.

To support strong fundamentals and skill development, our First Tracks curriculum now includes the W4K Progression Park at Winter4Kids. This dedicated on-snow learning environment features intentionally designed stations that help kids develop balance, control, and confidence through fun, age appropriate challenges.

We are also growing our team. Please join us in welcoming Todd Glick, our new Head Coach, who joins us from Windham Mountain with a strong record of developing athletes and supporting youth racing. We are equally excited to welcome Mark Dobrowski, our new Assistant Director of Mountain Operations, whose experience at Lego Land, Big Snow, and Camelback will strengthen our operations and overall guest experience.

We invite you to save the date for two special events this season:
• Race Family Appreciation Day on January 10
• Apres at Winter4Kids on February 22, welcoming our partners and donors for an afternoon of skiing, snowboarding, and community
